Haven't written in a while, as job hunting and other issues are taking up a lot of time.
Bad news:
- There is absolutely no work, we've been sitting for 2 weeks without a single order... money is running out(((
- The price of the bike is showing its true colors!!! The pedals broke... I would have fixed them myself, but it's impossible without tools! I had a thought to return the bike to Walmart and buy a transit pass. My butt hurts from the bike! The seat is terribly uncomfortable! Now I understand why I saw so many bikes standing without seats!... They get stolen here quite often))
- My tooth started hurting!!! Not exactly hurting, but my wisdom tooth is starting to come in!! My gum is swollen... I went to a dental clinic... called the insurance = I can get $150 back!!
Clinical price list: (at the cheapest one... based on my search)
- X-ray, which includes the cost of the exam = $10
- Prescription for antibiotics = $50
- Tooth extraction = $150 (the doctor turned out to have a sense of humor, promised to give a discount if the tooth comes out easily!) lol and I think he's Polish. Decided to just get the X-ray... if it gets really bad, then goodbye $150... fingers crossed;)
- Next bad news, Gleb isn't feeling well, acting strange, disorientation, memory lapses, sluggishness. Looks like heatstroke, although I'm not sure... He changed his ticket to July 20th, flying home)
New apartment! Left Joseph's apartment(( we got so used to living with him... sigh, the next couch surfers are from Germany) Now we live in the west of Chicago, where there are a lot of Poles and Mexicans, which doesn't make me happy at all. I'll post photos later) We live in a house, in the basement - 3 rooms, one is ours, quite cozy))) 3 other WAT participants live in the other rooms) there is internet, TV, stove... In general, everything as it should be:) = $200 per head
