Quick Start: 5 Steps

1. Sign in or create an account

Click "Sign In" in the top right corner. One IEC ID is used to access the entire IEC ecosystem.

After signing in, open Profile Settings and add information about yourself.

2. Check out the community feed

In the Feed, you will find stories, photos, questions, and materials from participants. Use the "All" and "Interests" filters to find relevant posts.

Want to join the conversation? Leave a comment, ask a question, or click "Create a post or question".

3. Find the right program

Open the Program Catalog to see available destinations.

If you are not sure where to start, try the program selector. Check terms, deadlines, and availability with the IEC team.

4. Prepare for your trip

In the Knowledge Base, you will find instructions, program materials, stories, and participant blogs.

Work and Travel USA participants will find the WAT Guide useful.

5. Find people and start connecting

Through Search, you can look for participants, connections by country and program, posts, and knowledge base materials.

What else is on the portal

✅ Webinars - upcoming and past meetings added by organizers.

✅ Contests - current contests and their statuses.

✅ Loyalty Program - information about your current balance and program opportunities after signing in.

✅ Notifications - after signing in, click the bell icon in the top menu.

Get a consultation - click the green chat button on any page of the portal if you need help from the IEC team.

Not sure where to start?

Take one simple step: open the Feed, choose an interesting story, and ask the author a question in the comments.
