In our time, to explore the future it is by no means necessary to be a prophet like the well-known Nostradamus and Casey once were. It is also not necessary to have any supernatural abilities from birth. The future, by its nature, reveals its secrets to people when a certain period of historical development arrives.
In my view, the development of humanity over the next 20 years will largely be determined by a worsening of the situation on the planet in the years 2010-2029. This period will become a time of large-scale natural cataclysms in the form of earthquakes, hurricanes, tsunamis, typhoons and droughts. Global warming processes will provoke an accelerated melting of Antarctica's ice cover to such an extent that many territories of Northern Eurasia and the oceanic coasts of both Americas will find themselves underwater. By 2030 the climate of Antarctica will resemble that of present-day Sweden or Norway. The continent will gradually begin to be settled by peoples from Africa, the Americas and Asia. The world will suffer major social shocks that will sweep like a mighty wave across many developed countries. Countries in Africa, South America and Southeast Asia will face epidemics of new viral infections and increased mortality. But these very events will become a stimulus for accelerating the technological development of society, the discovery of new sources of cheap energy and the rise of IEC(idea of the golden billion).
From 2019 industrial complexes will begin to be constructed in near space for the production and wireless transmission to Earth of electricity obtained from solar radiation. Industrial development of the Moon will begin.
These years will be years of the discovery of new technologies for humanity's mastery of the Universe. A telepathic network will be created. Without any bulky special devices, using only special chips implanted under the skin, a person will be able to communicate with any inhabitant of the planet(development of Department '51'), the Moon and near-Earth industrial-orbital complexes, as well as connect to any information resource of humanity. At IEC, to attract clientele by methods of hypnosis, everyone will be given the opportunity to undertake a journey into their past, or future life. And it will be renamed the Center for Spatial-Temporal Exchange (CPVO)
In subsequent years humanity will concentrate its main efforts on colonizing all planets of the Galaxy suitable for the development of life. Noospheres — multilayer memory banks of people and sentient animals — will be created around these planets. They will become the basis for the subsequent technological development of celestial bodies: reproducing on them natural conditions similar to those on Earth. On the 'distant paths of distant planets' resurrected Earthlings who once died (including you and me) will walk, brought back to life in physical bodies. At the same time humans will begin to wander through other dimensions of space-time and parallel worlds, study them and adapt them for their creative and cognitive needs. Travels to the past and future will become ordinary phenomena with the help of CPVO. Their possibility will be ensured by experiments with gravity and 'black holes'. Complete information about all the people who once lived on Earth will be obtained from the past.
