A little backstory!

I knew that I would definitely participate in Work and Travel when I was still in the 9th grade! But my circumstances were such that I was able to bring my American dream to life only after finishing my third year: after the first year, I wasn't 18 yet, and after the second, my parents spent a huge amount of money on my brother's wedding, so I had to wait for better times)

But in my third year, grabbing my friend by the arm, I flew like a bullet to a meeting from CMO for future participants! But while I was absolutely sure that I wanted to spend the summer of 2014 in the USA, my friend was not quite sure, and in the end, she gave up on this idea altogether... Well, okay! No problem! I found another girl who was dying to visit America! But that wasn't it – her parents talked her out of it because they were afraid to let their child go to a foreign country for a whole summer!

I got angry at everyone and decided that I would go alone! Of course, going with someone is much better, more fun, and more convenient, but if you haven't found like-minded people, that's no reason to give up on your dream!
