Fortunately, humanity does not stand still, everything around develops: technologies, science, television and especially countries.

I sincerely believe that Kazakhstan will one day move out of the list of third-world countries and become one of the fastest-developing states.

Youth, the rising generation is the main trump card of any country moving toward development. That is why it is so important for us to watch the environment in which we — the youth — live and what we are interested in, because the future of the country will depend on us.

IEC in its turn plays a fairly important role in the lives of young people for more than 10 years, they do one significant thing that I would like to highlight — they develop an outward outlook. Traveling and living in another country, we draw life experience, goals, ambitions, culture and renew our mentality. We learn from another nation what not to be like and vice versa. Americans are a free people; they have a valuable belief that «there is nothing impossible». I am sure many students one day want to be as independent and confident in their actions and in their tomorrow.

Year after year

IEC sends thousands of students abroad for new impressions, giving them the opportunity to open up or be reborn culturally.

The main question: what awaits us in

30 years, in 2039?

I want to imagine, in 30 years I will already be 50-year-old Ainash.

Now it is 2019, I am 20 years old and I am a marketer because this profession is in demand and interesting to me. But honestly, I have no idea what will happen to my interests in 30 years, since they are so changeable.

Knowing myself, I want to engage in dozens of very different hobbies, however

24 hours a day I categorically do not have enough. One dream I had and still have is to, in my old age (just when

I reach 50 years), go on a sea expedition. I know this sounds a bit unrealistic, because excellent physical conditioning is needed, and my knowledge of marine biology so far is zero. However, referring to America's motto

«Nothing is impossible», who knows, maybe I will set off on this sea expedition and descend in a submarine into the

Mariana Trench of the Pacific Ocean.

I named the blog “development” because I equate this word with the IEC agency. I am sure that in 30 years this organization will reach an absolutely new level; I would be very happy to send my children, grandchildren to experience this unique American experience.

By 2039 I see:

In the first place, students will have the opportunity to work in megacities such as New York or

Chicago. I think the IEC system will develop to such an extent that it will be easy for them to track students in large cities.

In the second place, being a participant of “Work&Travel 2019”, I dreamed of visiting the famous Hawaiian

Islands without selling a kidney. I think that in 30 years the young generation will already have the opportunity to officially work on the paradisiacal Hawaiian

Islands and the logistics to that part of the world will be developed much better, which will lead to an even greater number of tourists.

In the third place,

IEC at the moment is engaged in sending students not only to the USA, but also to Europe.

However, “Work&Travel USA” has the highest demand, so in 30 years

I see a small IEC branch in each of the states of America. In each branch at least one staff representative, who could become one of the participants of the program whom IEC once introduced to the USA.

I hope that the younger generation will understand the wisdom of the phrase and will not stop at anything, developing their outward outlook.}
