Hello again. So, finally, a free minute.

A story about Dima. Dima is a friend of an acquaintance of mine (Ilya), who wrote to me when I had almost completely lost hope. He is a person who went on the Work and Travel USA program just like the rest of us, but got married and stayed in America.

He gave me a few addresses and phone numbers I could write to. One of them replied. I was so happy. But it didn't last long. Then he sent Dima back and forth 3-4 times with my—or rather, our—documents. Because they didn't have a website and the manager, for some reason, categorically refused to contact me directly. Or rather, I would call, but he would say everything had to go through Dima. And this was already in April, mid-April, damn it. I was just shaking. It ended in depression. I did everything necessary, but I was so tired that I didn't believe in anything anymore.

Dima also advised me to go to the city's website, study it thoroughly, and "spam" the addresses. In parallel with not believing and waiting for an answer, I was still sending out emails. About 30 a day. Some insignificant results started appearing. And then, around the 15th, I received an offer from a restaurant to fill out an application. I filled it out with such zeal. And waited. But it was Easter and everyone had left, or so I thought (as it turned out later, you just need to leave messages). I waited for a whole week. I asked a ton of questions and wrote emails. I was already disappointed. When SUDDENLY......

You won't believe it! IMMEDIATELY! WITHOUT ANY RED TAPE! They sent me a Job offer! And answered all my questions at once. To say I was happy is an understatement. I spent another day filling it out and another day getting the employer's signature! THAT'S IT! Such speed. From the moment I wrote to them, 1.5 weeks had passed. How easy it turns out to be to find a job!

I immediately ran to submit the offer. So, on the 18th (yes, I think it was the 18th) of April, I submitted my job invitation and started waiting for the interview.
