II It's time to say goodbye to the second installment. And that is, neither more nor less, $1190 plus $15 for the transfer fee.

III Since I'm being sent to Moscow for my visa, my registration fee and document shipping costs are slightly higher than the other Perm residents—that's $185. Also, my photos didn't pass the first time, so I had to redo them for $4.
