Just got back from outside. Went to the RiteAid pharmacy to get water. It costs $2.99 for 24 bottles there. I sell them for $1 a bottle at the intersection of Roosevelt Blvd and Rahn St.
Everything is good, only the freezer can't keep up with me. I sell an average of $35-40 worth a day. Damir still hasn't paid me back. I haven't told you yet – we were working for this jerk, Damir. We drove far to the north of the city to clean and wash parquet floors. My back and arms hurt a lot. We were all soaked to the bone. The house was very beautiful. He never paid our wages.
Of course, selling water is cool. Minimum expenses, high profit margin. Now I can eat comfortably and buy things. And most importantly, I definitely won't go home before my time is up.
Met two girls (Nadya and Marina). Nadya is from Yaroslavl but studies in Moscow, the other one is from Stavropol. We walked around Welsh & Roosevelt with them. They're okay girls. They work as lifeguards. But they came on an offer and didn't have any major problems. An offer is generally a good option for those who are allergic to inconvenience.
My father said he wants me to change my ticket to the end of August and go with them to the sea in September to relax... haven't decided yet.
I like it in Philly – it's very hot, the food is delicious, everything is beautiful.
People are friendly and you can really make some small money easily. The police don't bother me when I'm selling – it's legal. You can't sell cigarettes, though. I like having my own business – I'm my own boss, I decide what and how. It's great.
By the way, the business investment was minimal – Lana gave me the cooler. I get ice from the freezer – no dry ice yet.
In my free time, I'm reading Chuck Palahniuk (Choke). Very interesting thoughts.
Alright, that's all for today.
