As I piece together the fragments of my memories, I try to fit them into a single mosaic, carefully placing every detail and treasuring it like a jewel for the rest of my days. But no matter how hard I try to bring my memories to a common denominator, alas, I cannot. My America was just too diverse, contradictory, and chaotic. At times, the ground would slip from beneath my feet, and it felt as if my life was hanging by a thread... Yet, there were days when the sheer weight of happiness in a single moment was worth more than a lifetime.

My America is a cocktail of vivid images, deep emotions, and otherworldly feelings. I still haven't fully deciphered its recipe, and its dangerous, tart taste has remained on my lips forever.

I decided to share only the most significant and precious moments, those impressions that, like tattoos, will never fade from the tender skin of my soul.
