New York... I know so many people who are ready to do anything just to visit this city. What can I say, I dreamed of it myself! But, honestly, once I was there, I realized that this city is not for me... and in general, few people could live there. New York is actually a very dirty, noisy, and crowded city, so you just want to hide from all these people, but they are everywhere! And all these people are running somewhere, in a hurry... life there doesn't just flow, it boils! And there are very few kind and polite people there... it's like you're in a wild jungle where everyone is for themselves. I don't deny that New York is a very beautiful city... you can't describe all the emotions you feel when you end up at Times Square at night...
Thousands of lights, hundreds of glowing billboards, and it feels like you've ended up in some TV show. But among all this crowd of people, you don't feel like an individual, you feel like just a part of this crowd... and you start to suffocate, you simply don't have enough air. And in this city, you don't even fully realize that you are in America, because you can see anyone here: a Korean, a Chinese, a Russian, a Mexican, a Spaniard, etc. When we arrived in New York, it was somehow uncomfortable for us to hear Russian speech around us, I can say more - it was even unpleasant for me, although all those 2 months I dreamed of talking to someone other than Asel in Russian. There is even a Brighton Beach area there, where Russians live who don't even know English! Well, that's just not right! Maybe you'll think I'm crazy, but if I had the opportunity to stay and live in America, I would never stay in New York for anything in the world. I would rather go to live in a small, quiet, and peaceful town, like Cody... and I don't need your hyped-up New York!)
