I'm heading to America for the second time. Ever since I landed at Sheremetyevo-2 airport, I haven't really been living; I've been in some kind of half-asleep state. Everything around is gray and monotonous, and life is just a routine: studies, visiting my parents, driving school, diesel again, friends, studies... It's winter, after all, and finals are coming up (which isn't exactly thrilling either).
Actually, no, I'm lying. Sometimes I snap out of my hibernation and get super active, because this year it's not just me dragging myself abroad, but a bunch of friends too. I have to constantly manage them, tell them what to do and how, where to go, who to write to, what to pay for... That's when I get my interest in life back. There's still plenty of time, but there's also a lot to get done.
I can barely imagine how everything will go this year, but I sincerely hope for the best, especially since I'm not alone this time.
Anyway, for now, the plan is to get my J-1 Visa, and for the immediate future—to book my tickets.
