Work!! We had offers for Pedicab, for those who don't understand, it's a rickshaw, and for those who still don't understand, it's a guy on a special bike who carries tourists and they pay him ))) Look at the picture there ---------------------------->>>>>>>>>>
We arrived in Downtown at this company, the employer is Russian, Vadim Bayramov. We show him the offers, he says no, that's not his signature!! But he still hired us, explained what kind of documents to get, something like a driver's license, but for this bike ))) And the point is that you pay him for the bike rental per week and ride as much as you want, you earn!!
Earnings weren't great, because we didn't really know English and there were enough local pedicabbers, and the girls were taking all the cash!! Yes, yes, mostly girls worked there and tourists clearly preferred to get in with them. During the time we worked, I managed to get sunburned, the most ironic thing is only on one side of my body )))) The sun shines there and there is a cold breeze, because of this you almost don't feel the sun at all!! We finished work at one or two in the morning, we were already late for the tram and so we wandered around Downtown at night in a t-shirt and shorts, and it was oh so NOT warm outside. Trams start running at 5 am. And so the three of us got home like that every morning, tired, slept until 3 pm, and then back to Downtown for work. Then we started walking from Downtown to Ocean Beach – that's the area where we lived. The journey took 3 hours )))) On the way, we always stopped at Ralphs to get something to eat, chips, chocolate, bread, ice cream.... But it was still cool!!!!!!! And so we worked there for 2 weeks, only covering the bike rental + a small income. And so we decided to find another job, in our area, but more on that later!
Now I will pay attention to food!!! My first acquaintance with a burrito was not the best )))) It gave me diarrhea ))) The assortment of food there is wow!!!! We counted 56 types of cheese alone!! At first, we bought bread for a dollar in a bag that was sliced, terrible in taste!! It's impossible to eat!! But then we found delicious bread, it's called "French loaf", although such a loaf costs 8 bucks ))) But that's not a problem, there is a separate place in the store where discounted products lie, because the expiration date has passed! And not a week or a month, but just a day or two, so you can eat it )) So we bought this bread for 1.69 there! We bought bananas by the ton, although there are organic and non-organic ones! Also ice cream in large buckets for 5 bucks!! This is very cheap for such an amount of ice cream, and it was damn tasty! Such a bucket was enough for us for a day for 3 people! We ate separately, the 3 of us guys separately and the others also somehow )))) We often went to Jack in the Box to eat, it's better than McDonald's and tastier!!
