I am writing this so as not to lose our chronicle of history, because the recent past of humanity seems like a vague dream... I am writing so that I do not forget it myself, to remind others, and to pass it on to the future generation.
It is hard to believe now that all this happened to us. Everything changed after the well-known, sensational date of 2012... And it seems absurd and ridiculous that people made guesses and assumptions about what terrible events awaited us after that year - a meteorite strike, the greatest cataclysms in the history of the planet, and even the disappearance of the Earth altogether. Everyone interpreted the prophecies of the legendary Maya tribes in their own way, which, as it turned out, came true. There was a version that in every era, the Earth itself "consumes" the greatest civilizations, thus bringing an end to one era and the beginning of another. In our history, that became Western civilization. The global economic crisis was only the beginning of the collapse of all Western countries.
Now I think about how lucky I was that back in the distant summer of 2010, I had the chance to visit the greatest country of that time – the USA, because today there is nothing left in that place but the ocean.
Now everything is different, the world has changed completely, it no longer matters who was a "Third World" country and who was prosperous; racial, religious, and linguistic boundaries have been erased. In the face of a common disaster, humanity has united. Those who were on the other side of the ocean accepted those who survived from the once-greatest countries. And then it did not matter who you were, what you believed in, or how much you earned. Only standing on the edge of its existence did humanity realize the value of every single life.
International Exchange Center played a significant role in building an absolutely new world. Now the Center helps those who survived to move, find work, and find themselves in life. IEC.Exchange has truly become that bridge, helping people with different cultures and histories to truly EXCHANGE the greatest knowledge of their ancestors and invaluable experience with each other. There are no longer concepts of West and East; IEC.Exchange has united what seemed would never intersect. And who could have thought about this 19 years ago...

I am writing to always remember what we lost and what we gained... I am writing because I believe that the USA has not disappeared... no. This great country left its chronicle in its descendants and helped unite the world, giving life to a new era...
