And the final destination is New York. This city is simply endless; the downtown area alone is something else—I have never seen such a huge downtown anywhere. I can't imagine how much time it would take to walk through it all; it's never-ending. I bought a ticket for a sightseeing bus, and while riding, I thought I wanted to go here and there, but as soon as I got off, I realized I didn't even know where I wanted to go. You feel like going everywhere and start getting lost. New York is always in motion, everyone is running somewhere, even the tourists don't look like tourists. Everyone has blended together. But of course, the most famous spots are the Statue of Liberty—seeing it, I was a bit disappointed, I thought it was much larger. Of course, you definitely have to visit the Brooklyn Bridge, especially in the evening. Standing in the middle of it, you see bridges all around you. All cities are beautiful at night, but New York at night is completely different from the daytime. Of course, as a Russian person, I went to Brighton Beach; I was surprised that everything was absolutely in Russian, I even went into a bank and they spoke to me in Russian. There is a very cozy beach there. I have never seen such a huge park in any city as Central Park in New York. I walked through it all day and didn't cover it all. Times Square is something else—everything sparkles, everything moves, it's bustling, and the city starts from this place. We bought tickets to a musical there. It's the best thing I've ever seen in my life. I have never seen so much gratitude from people toward actors. When you get such huge pleasure from the show itself, even without understanding half of it, with such gorgeous special effects. In New York, walking along different streets, you always encounter interesting places that you can't pass by; you definitely stop. It is full of mysteries and great history.
This is my big trip, which I would like to repeat once more. America made me grow up. There, I could only rely on myself. I started looking at everything with completely different eyes.
