Los Angeles, California
It is better to come to Los Angeles by car and with money to visit studios and walk around parks like Disney, Universal, and the like. Downtown LA is quite quiet and goes to sleep early. The distances between different districts and towns are quite large, although there is a subway.
In our proud day and a half in LA, we managed to:
spend the night in their Chinatown;
eat real Chinese food, not the usual Americanized Chinese fast-food;
meet some rider boys from New York;
find out about mutual acquaintances there;
wander around the evening downtown;
meet a film crew on the street - they were finishing shooting some show and fed us meat, fruit, and coffee))
managed to walk along the Walk of Fame;
see the coveted Hollywood sign on the hill from afar;
sunbathe on Malibu beach;
and looked at this beach from the height of the nearest mountain!
that's about it!
I was at Disneyland last year in Orlando, so I didn't go this year.
My dream - the Six Flags park with unreal roller coasters - remained a dream. If you need extreme, go to Six Flags! Moreover, there are several such parks - in California near LA, in New Jersey near New York, and in a couple more states.
