A pessimistic tomorrow or not "making it to Monday"
First of all, we definitely won't make it to Monday, 2029! Judge for yourself – according to the Russian Wikipedia alone, we have fifteen apocalypses awaiting us by 2028, and according to http://lurkmore.ru – twenty-one (i.e., blackjack). So, it's definitely a dead end.
But! If we do survive, then either a nuclear war will happen, or oil will run out, or the glaciers will melt, or conversely, a new ice age will occur, or the sun will overheat, or the Chinese will overdose on Viagra, or... It doesn't matter what, but living in a seriously trashed environment will be extremely difficult.
Secondly. Everyone will have new-generation international passports inserted (where and why – we'll leave that off-screen). These new passports will be impossible to lose; they can be used as credit cards, as a mobile phone, an audio player, and as a bunch of undoubtedly necessary devices. The above is just a lure to get you to install them (the passports) into your... body. But once you install them, the USA will be able to watch you! And you won't be able to escape their watchful gaze anywhere.
Thirdly, women will come to power in the majority of countries (more than 2/3). Here, most likely, half of the readers will have a question: why is this prediction in the pessimistic section and not the optimistic one; on the other hand, the other half of the readers won't have such a question, so I won't answer it either.
