So, first of all, I think I need to explain why I'm writing this post... Fortunately or unfortunately, I don't know... my DMs are flooded with questions about the Work and Travel USA program. I decided to write everything, absolutely everything, in detail right here. So that everyone can read it and find the information they need.
Everything is done for your convenience. And if I get the same questions that I cover here, don't be offended, I will refer you to this post. Sorry.
What do you need to go to the USA? Well, first of all, desire, determination, strong nerves, and a huge amount of luck. Don't listen to those losers who try to instill any doubts in you! It's cool there, it's a completely different world and a new stage of life. After all, you are going to another country for 2-4 months to earn decent money, improve your English, and of course, party, have fun, and spend your time usefully...
So, I applied to the "Exchange" agency. In my opinion, it's the most reasonable place in NN, with positive experience and excellent staff. I'm thinking, am I giving them good advertising right now? haha)
What documents are needed?
It's all simple: a passport for travel abroad and a domestic passport, a certificate from the university (that you are actually studying there, according to local requirements), and a photo for the application. That seems to be all, and don't forget your head. When you come to the agency, they will explain everything in more detail.
In the organization, you will need to pass an interview. It's easy, they will just determine your language level and what kind of job you can get.
Next, you spend your money to pay for the program. And wait for the interview, they usually start in the spring.
It's better to prepare for the interview. You must know everything about the place where you will work and about your employers. Yes, by the way, the consuls at the embassy don't bite; if they don't give you a visa, it's not for no reason, it means you did something wrong somewhere. Most refusals are due to poor knowledge of the English language. So, learn English and everything will be goooood.))
I think I can finish here. If new questions arise, don't hesitate to ask. I am always open to communication. ;)
Yeah, I forgot. Another question... How was my trip, did I like it or not?
Guys, of course I liked it!) If you followed my Instagram or posts on VK, then in principle you can understand everything from there. I tried to describe everything I was thinking at that moment, everything is written sincerely and from my own head. I guarantee it ;)
Thanks for your attention^^
