Hello everyone reading this blog!!!
Part one - How hard it is for us!!!
I'll describe the backstory so it's clear. I'm currently in my second week of exams, I have to study at night, so I have to catch up on sleep during the day. Yesterday I sent a message to my employer and was waiting for an email reply.
Part two - Helloooo!!!
So I wake up at 3:00 PM because nature calls, and I head to a place not so far away called the "WC". My legs can barely hold me, my eyes are closed, so I decide to take the "eagle" pose and perform a 180-degree maneuver. So there I am, relaxing, and suddenly my phone rings. I'm thinking, who the hell is calling me? Out of habit, without opening my eyes, I answer with a deep "HELLO" and hear "Hello, this is...". I thought it was someone from America from IEC.Exchange, so I just let them talk. Then they ask, "Is this ANDRIIII Pavlenko?" The way they pronounced my name made me want to laugh, but I was still half-asleep. I say "yes". She asks if I submitted a resume, and I can't say anything but "yes". Remember, I'm in the "WC", the echo is amazing, and I'm in the middle of a process. Then she asks when I'm arriving, and I, without even thinking, like I'm asking for cigarettes at a store, say "I'll go to the USA on MAY 17". She asks when I'm planning to leave, I want to say something, but she answers for me, saying some date in September, and I just agree and say "yes". Then she asks, "I see you've worked as security in a nightclub," and I say "yes" again. And here's the funniest part: she asks why I like that job, and like a 5th grader with a standard phrase like "London is the capital of Great Britain," I say "I like this job, because I like sports." Only later did I realize what nonsense I had blurted out. She adds something about why I like the job, I say "yes" again, and I start to drift off while she's talking. After the phrase "Thank you for the resume" and something else important (the result), I suddenly snap back to reality and manage to catch the phrase "Thank you, goodbye," and I say "bye."
Phase three - Understanding the situation!!!
After the call, my eyes finally open and I start to think. It seems the conversation went okay, but at the same time, I said some total nonsense. I start laughing bitterly, and after a couple of minutes, I flush the toilet and go to think about what I should have said.
Thought about it - fell asleep)))
Phase four - Writing the blog!!!
In the evening, on a friend's advice, I decided to write this blog so people could have a laugh. Try to repeat it, and for those who didn't like it, go... to the ALASKA region.
