Fortunately, humanity does not stand still; everything around us is developing: technology, science, television, and especially countries. I sincerely believe that one day Kazakhstan will leave the list of third-world countries and become one of the fastest-developing states.
Youth, the growing generation, is the main trump card of any country moving toward development. That is exactly why it is so important for us to monitor the environment in which we, the youth, live and what we are interested in, because the future of the country will depend on us.
IEC.Exchange has played a rather important role in the lives of young people for over 10 years. They do one significant thing that I would like to highlight: they broaden horizons. By traveling and living in another country, we gain life experience, goals, ambitions, culture, and update our mindset. We learn from other nations what we should not be like and vice versa. Americans are a free people; they have a valuable belief that "nothing is impossible." I am sure many students want to be just as independent and confident in their actions and their future one day.
Year after year, IEC.Exchange sends thousands of students for new impressions, giving them the opportunity to open up or be reborn culturally. The main question is: what awaits us in 30 years, in 2039?
I want to estimate that in 30 years, I will be a 50-year-old Ainash. It is 2019 now, I am 20 years old, and I am a marketer because this profession is in demand and interesting to me. But, frankly, I have no idea what will happen to my interests in 30 years, as they are so inconsistent. Knowing myself, I want to engage in dozens of different hobbies, but I categorically lack 24 hours a day. I still had and have one dream: in my old age (just when I reach 50), to go on a sea expedition. I know it sounds a bit unrealistic because it requires excellent physical training, and I have zero knowledge of marine biology so far. However, referring to America's motto, "Nothing is impossible," who knows, maybe I will go on this sea expedition and descend in a submarine into the Mariana Trench of the Pacific Ocean.
I named the blog "development" because I equate this word with the IEC.Exchange agency. I am sure that in 30 years, this organization will reach a completely new level; I would gladly send my children and grandchildren to experience this unique American experience. By 2039, I see:
First, students will have the opportunity to work in metropolises such as New York or Chicago. I think the IEC.Exchange system will develop to such an extent that it will not be difficult for them to track students in large cities.
Second, as a participant in Work and Travel USA 2019, I dreamed of visiting the famous Hawaiian Islands without selling a kidney. I think that in 30 years, the younger generation will have the opportunity to officially work in the paradise of the Hawaiian Islands, and logistics to this point in the world will be much better developed, which will attract even more tourists.
Third, IEC.Exchange is currently sending students not only to the USA but also to Europe. However, Work and Travel USA has the highest demand, so in 30 years, I see a small branch of IEC.Exchange in every state of America. In each branch, there will be at least one employee-representative, who could be one of the program participants whom IEC.Exchange once introduced to the USA.
"We must move only forward, even if we can only crawl."
I hope that the younger generation realizes the wisdom of this phrase and will not stop at anything while broadening their horizons.
