My name is Oshakbayeva Nargiz. I am 18 years old, currently I live in Almaty.
I am currently a 2nd year student at Narkhoz University, where I have spent a lot of time and effort studying and selling in the same spirit that reflect my preferences and interests. I am happy to be a very active and sociable person, always ready for something new. I understand that these actions will allow me to change the situation for the better and acquire the leadership qualities necessary to achieve my goals.
Currently, my goals are to visit other countries, get to know their culture, and improve my English. After all, English is also a world language that is required everywhere, even in my profession. And my choice fell on the Work and Travel program.
Having studied various organizations for WORK and travel in Kazakhstan, I realized that it is the organization of the Central Research Center that can offer me the tremendous opportunities that I need to achieve everything I want. I would also like to introduce people from other countries to the wonderful culture of our people of Kazakhstan. In the end, the history of the people is worth something, and our national clothes. It is with CMO that I will be able to realize myself both professionally and in a personal context. The level of specialization here is quite high, the training methods when applying for a visa are mainly focused on practical knowledge, which, I think, is almost useful when it comes to real work and makes it easy to navigate in all possible situations. Thanks to this, I can easily put it into practice.
Why do I want to travel? Where does such a desire to see the world come from?
My desire was born in early childhood when I watched the program "Heads and Tails". In this program, they showed how it is possible to be able to travel with different amounts. I was looking forward to each episode with such enthusiasm, I wanted to learn more about other countries, see their traditions and culture.
When I was little, I was already looking for different ways to visit other countries, what to do, who I should work with, how I should prepare for different situations. In the end, I don't know anything, but my desire to see the world was even greater. It seemed to me that it was something impossible and so inaccessible. Every day my faith and hope became stronger and stronger, and at this moment I know that I can and will be the USA. I will see the metropolis of New York, which is very long-awaited for me. I will see all the colorfulness of this city, as well as how I will work. Having saved up money, I will be able to see other states. What I once thought was a dream, after what time it will become a reality.

At the moment I was in Turkey and Russia. I won a trip to these countries thanks to my good academic performance.I especially remember Turkey. It is a very beautiful city with a rich history and culture. I will say that it is impossible to fall in love. I am a person who has seen enough Turkish TV series, and it has always been interesting for me to watch them live. Very hospitable people. And nature is worth something. I am an adventurer and a very curious person. When the group and I went to see the city, somehow miraculously I got lost. Or rather, I got distracted and was forgotten about. I look back, and my guys are gone. I don't speak Turkish and didn't understand how to ask them for help. After all, I don't have any data. I was in such shock that I just froze in one place and just cried. But in Turkey, everyone is brothers to each other. A woman came up to me with the words "Kardeshem, nyap yarsun", which means "Sister, what are you doing". I cried more and more, but the woman calmed me down. In my panic, I didn't think about the elementary things. "Hayal, that was the name of my savior," the translator added. And that's how she was able to help me. We called my mom, and she, in turn, contacted this organization. So, I was taken to the hotel. We are still in contact with Aunt Hayal, and it is possible that she will come soon. I want to show our beautiful Kazakhstan.

At that time I had such a chance when I have huge opportunities to visit the USA. The USA is one of the developed countries where there are many powers.
The USA is a city of opportunities. At this time, I am surrounded by people who intend to leave for WORK and travel. Therefore, my desire is getting bigger and bigger. I want to visit this country with my friends. Drive through the streets of New York and sing along to our beautiful songs in Kazakh. After all, no one can give me back my youth, I want to see how much is achieved at such a young age.
First of all, I am interested in English. I want to talk to a foreigner myself, they will jump up and speak it confidently.
Secondly, I want to see something new for myself. A different contingent, a different continent, a different culture, a different mentality. There will be an interesting cultural exchange. I am proud of my history, I want everyone to know about my country.
Thirdly, to have foreign friends. New acquaintances - new opportunities. Every person in my life has a certain place. My dream is to have friends from different countries and tell stories of their countries. I can learn a lot so quickly.
Thanks to such opportunities, I will develop as a person and as a person who will have experience in various fields. And I'm sure I'll get it all from the CEO.
How participation in the program will help me in my future career.
My specialty is personnel management and business planning. My profession requires more experience in communication. Develop yourself in the creative and psychological sphere. I am confident that the Work and Travel PROGRAM will be able to help me develop as a team player and develop the leadership qualities necessary for my future career. I will learn to be responsible not only for myself, but also for the whole team, which, in my opinion, is necessary for a business manager. Since the USA is a country of opportunities and is one of the developing countries, I will be able to gain a lot of skills, thereby applying them in the future in our country and becoming a more leading country. I will be able to prove what we can and will do.
What will be the exchange programs in twenty years? Fifty years from now?
In twenty years, I think the organization will be faster, because technology is developing at the speed of light. In addition, it will be even easier to get a visa. As we know, a visa application is currently being considered. I think this is the best solution. After all, it's such a stress for those who want to go to the USA.
The following needs to be done with the help of various trainings for the guys, as well as organize various focus groups in English, which makes it possible to learn English and learn more about each other.
Finally, I am confident that your organization will be able to help me develop as a team player and develop the leadership qualities necessary for work and travel. Receiving the grant will increase my self-confidence, knowing that I have not only completed a very important task, but also assumed responsibility for creating a foundation that will bring me closer to my career and personal goals.
