Regarding the improvement and future of exchange programs, I must say it is a very interesting question, as answering it honestly requires a proper assessment of the current global situation and realities. Personally, I think the program functions logically, and I wouldn't want to add anything radical. However, I do have an idea of what I would add.

Knowledge exchange. Currently, the program is largely focused on earning money and traveling, which is understandable given the program's name. But what if we added something more significant for global society—the opportunity to work in one's field for a short or specific period, not just to improve the participant's basic impressions and needs, but also to learn from colleagues in other countries and the systems of those countries in general?

Just imagine how this could modernize and improve the global community, bringing it together. Every specialist could gain enough experience to advance in their own country, drive change, and improve their field.

When changes happen on the world stage almost every hour, forecasting twenty or fifty years ahead is a thankless task, especially in our time. But I believe humanity has a very bright future.

I believe that within twenty years, the world will become more open, and the invisible walls that constrain the movement of young people around the world will fall. Young people who are ready not only to create something new but also to bring something more valuable to civilization as a whole. Then this program will reach its final form. Billions of people around the world will travel and work across the planet without much difficulty, or at least it seems to me that the process of easing these restrictions for participants will already be underway.

And fifty years from now, this process will be complete. That is how I want to see the world in the future, or rather, that is what I believe in.
