So, I'm starting to write my notes while in Moscow. I've only recently recovered from my first trip, but I'm already looking forward to the next one. In the meantime, while scrolling through photos and remembering last summer, I decided to write a little about it.

My first trip was quite short - only 2.5 months. But during that time, I gained so many impressions, emotions, experiences, new acquaintances, and amazing memories for a lifetime that no blog could ever hold. I'll try to share some of it.

Where did the idea of a trip to the USA even come from?

One day, my mom met a friend who told her that her son had gone to America for the summer and really loved it. She advised me to check out the website and then forgot about it. But I didn't! I went to http://www.amerricana.ru/ and... got hooked! I read page after page, and the more I read, the more I wanted to go on a MEGA-trip!

Well, in short, I read everything, was prepared, and decided: I'm definitely GOING!

The first mistake I made: I started looking for company!! I wouldn't want to talk about all the unpleasant moments we had now, and there were quite a few. Unfortunately, after this trip, communication with some people stopped altogether. In short, keep in mind: you should only go on such a trip, counting on living together, with people you know very well, with whom you are ready to go through fire, water, and everyday problems!

And in general, I strongly recommend thinking through all the details of the trip very carefully: how to get around, where to live, where to work, where to relax. It's not necessary to do all this while in your home country, as most often everything seems one way here, but when you get THERE, everything will be completely different. But in any case, don't forget to compare, analyze, and, most importantly, ask for advice!! Don't be shy about it!
