I needed the account because it's time to buy a bass guitar!!!!!! The only problem is, after visiting all the music stores, I couldn't find the one I want here=( specifically a Spector Rebop 5.

eBay came to the rescue! ....I placed a bid on the item, but I don't have a card to pay for it yet...

I have to say, the service at Sberbank and Chase is like night and day!!!

They really fight for every client here. When I walked into the bank, I stood there looking around, confused, and a staff member immediately came up to me, asked how they could help, and offered me coffee and candy) and while I was waiting to be called, every employee passing by asked if everything was okay and if I needed any help)) it's so nice!

It took about 20 minutes to set up the card and account, the employee who helped me was very pleasant to talk to, my English is improving!!!!! The card will arrive at my home within a week!! Just in time for the auction to end)
