On our website you can find the addresses of all our offices and sign up for a free consultation. We are always happy to see participants in the office, because all of our coordinators once participated in the Work and Travel USA program and will gladly share their experience and useful information with you. If we don't have a representative in your city yet, don't worry - you have the opportunity to participate remotely and communicate with the coordinator online! At the consultation we will go over all your questions in detail, from registration to travel. Remember that if you have any questions, it is always better to contact the coordinator, as they will provide complete and official information. We will accompany you at all stages of the program, so don't hesitate to ask questions! After counseling, you have two options: The first option is that you can go home, discuss everything with your parents, review the contract carefully, and then come back to our office to finalize the arrangement. The second option is that if you feel you are ready to continue the process right away, we will conduct an English language interview. This is a short, informal conversation where we will ask questions about your studies, hobbies, work experience, expectations of the program, and so on. We rarely refuse participants at this stage, but if your English level seems insufficient or you have just learned the answers to the standard questions, we may suggest that you improve your English a bit and come back later. If your level is basic, we will offer to enroll in the program, but with the obligatory completion of our free English course. After successful completion of the interview, we proceed to signing the contract. You will need your passport and student ID card. You will also need to choose a program option: Full Service (job search through a sponsor) or Self-arranged (self-arranged job search). It is advisable to familiarize yourself with the contract in advance, but if you prefer, you can read it in our office and ask any questions. We recommend that you carefully study all points of the contract, and our coordinator is always ready to clarify any unclear points. The contract comes into force after the first installment is paid, so it will be useful to let your parents read it as well. Once the agreement is signed, you become an IEC participant, and we begin preparing the documents to send to the program sponsor.
